Craig Cobb Denied the Right to Care for His Aged Mother Because He is an Evil Racist

Craig Cobb, of Leith, North Dakota fame, has finished his jail sentence for carrying a gun on a road, but his troubles are not over.

He is being banned from Missouri, where his old mother lives, the state saying he should not have any basic human rights because of his politically incorrect views.

Cobb, 62, is serving four years’ probation after accepting a plea deal that avoided trial and possible prison time and is living in Bismarck. He had applied to move to Missouri to care for his aging mother.

Parole officials in that state denied Cobb’s application for an inter-state compact Thursday, saying he’d had little to no contact with his mother for the past 40 years.

On a white supremacist website, Cobb wrote, “So now the state prevents that (contact) to the end.” He said Missouri’s refusal means he may never see his 90-year-old mother again, or only for brief allowed visits, even though he’s not a rapist, carjacker or bank robber.

He also said he’s spent a lot of money since being released from jail and is literally going blind for lack of cataract surgery. He said officials here and in Missouri know about his condition. “This is part of their torture,” he wrote.

Tim Tausend, spokesman for North Dakota Parole and Probation Division, said Cobb has not made any formal application to have his probation supervised by any other state.

He said Cobb is living in temporary housing in Bismarck and has traveled within “a very small” circle in the Bismarck area since his release in late April. Cobb is wearing a global positioning system device and the department is able to track his whereabouts.

Tausend said the department is not releasing Cobb’s address to protect both the public and Cobb.

“His case has provided a lot of attention and we do not want to inflame that,” Tausend said.

I took issue with some of Cobb’s behavior, but this is disgusting no matter how you look at it. What he did was a very minor crime, and banning him from visiting his very old mother is clearly part of an ongoing politically motivated crucifixion.

    “Evil racist” is an oxymoron. I can think of nothing more honorable and decent and NORMAL than standing up for one’s extended family (his race).

These news happen EVERYWHERE. People are forbidden to exercise their supposed freedoms. America is not free, America IS already a communist country..the USSA. Quite frankly, we’d all better get prepared for a major revolution against this establishment.

    We are all Germans.

    Just as the Germans were horribly brutalized during the war, and victimized after the war by a jewish-controlled occupation force, so are we in the United States. The jews have won their war against the American White man, and we are living under an occupation government that is just as bent on disenfranchsing us, and keeping us from organizing as was the jew-installed government against the defeated Germans.

    People don’t recognize it because unlike the quick 6-year war to destroy German independence, the war against us White Americans has been slow-burning for the past 100 years at least. Our fathers and grandfathers lost the war against the jew, mostly because they didn’t even know they were in one.

    But now it’s our turn. Will our children and grandchildren say of us that we meekly submitted to our defeat and occupation, leaving it to a future generation to struggle to regain their freedom? Or shall be that one great generation that rises and does the hard, and often dirty business of ridding ourselves of the jew by whatever means necessary?

    As well as being a “law” that appears to be illegal, if that’s not an oxymoron.

    This would never stand up here in Europe, I think, would not even be heard of.
    Mr Cobb might prevail if this inhumanity were publicised outside USA.
    Maybe even just telling the USA authorities this was his intention ….

    I KNOW this is an absolute lie and misrepresentation by the State of Missouri. I spoke with Craig just prior to his arrest and he had just returned from visiting his Mother. In fact his mother had made a point of buying a car from Craig during that visit. Craig has maintained a close relationship with his Mother.
    I wonder if anyone has looked into how many Pedophile the State of Missouri has accepted via Inter-State Compact?

      My father wrote this article on my behalf. Are Americans a free people or are they not, that is the question. Do Americans still have the right to petition their government for redress of grievances, or do they not?
      These questions were answered on the morning of March 10 when this writer received a knock on his door. Outside stood two men, one clad in civilian attire, the other in the uniform of a Muscogee County sheriffs deputy. The first deputy was grasping a small stack of envelopes. “We need to have a word with you sir,” he said.
      The envelopes contained copies of an article I had written for The First Freedom, an article that was published in the December, 2013 edition of this alternative newspaper. Almost 200 copies of this article were made, and subsequently mailed, to every judge in Columbus, as well as all 10 city council members. The article recounted the exploits and travails of then-Columbus, Georgia-based white rights activist Michael Weaver, and was juxtaposed with the story of Jeffrey Foxx, a black racist rogue Columbus police corporal who resigned from the police department in May, 2013 amid charges of racial profiling and the violation of the civil rights of white citizens. While on patrol in the northern part of Columbus, Foxx told a female friend to whom he was talking on his cell phone: “They make me work these white areas, somebody’s going to pay the price.” He added: “I’m hooking these white folks up with tickets.”
      Although Foxx violated several state and federal laws via his targeting of white citizens, he was never prosecuted.
      The two-tiered system of justice that prevails in Columbus, Georgia treated Michael Weaver much differently. Weaver’s politically incorrect activism had for years been a thorn in the side of–a source of frustration to–local law enforcement and other Columbus power-brokers. They eagerly awaited their chance to silence him, put an end to his activism by whatever means necessary.
      Their chance came late one afternoon when Weaver, sitting in his car after leaving a friend’s house, was accosted by two black thugs who attempted to carjack his vehicle. Weaver sprayed one of the thugs with pepper spray, then fled the scene. He returned to his friend’s house about an hour later, where he was arrested by a black cop who entered the house without a warrant. Weaver was charged with simple battery, a misdemeanor. The “victim” sustained no injuries from the spray and declined medical treatment. Weaver’s bond was low, and he was released from jail a few hours later. He was assigned to appear in State Court the following month.
      The power-brokers who befoul Columbus had other plans for Weaver, though. At the urging of Cathy Bush, a white female police detective who had hated Weaver for years, his misdemeanor case was referred to the district attorney’s office. Weaver now faced a felony aggravated assault charge.
      Weaver’s hearings before Superior Court Judge Bobby Peters on Nov. 14 and 15 of 2011 were a Soviet Union-style travesty–mockery–of justice. Weaver’s public defender, Robin King, told him that his case was a slam-dunk, an easy win even for a first-year law student. She and her co-counsel, Ray lakes, were eager to go to trial. Judge Peters and the prosecuting attorney, Michael Craig, were not. They knew they had a weak case at best. They knew that both of Weaver’s attackers had long criminal records, and were on felony probation at the time of the
      attack. They knew, too, that even the testimony of then-Columbus-based Rabbi Jeffrey Salkin would be of little actionable value. It is not illegal to conduct an online debate with an opponent. Salkin now resides in the area of West Orange, New Jersey, where he heads that state’s chapter of the infamous Anti-Defamation League ( ADL ).
      The jury forewoman contacted Peters. The jury was awaiting its call. Peters shifted nervously on his throne, then called a recess. He beckoned Craig and counselors Lakes and King into his chambers.
      A few minutes later the four emerged from Peters’ chambers. The dynamic of the hearing had suddenly and very dramatically changed. King, Weaver’s lead counsel, had changed her mind about going to trial. She now insisted that her client plead guilty to the aggravated assault charge. Frightened by the gravity of his situation and confused by the abrupt change in the direction of the hearing—Weaver agreed to plead guilty to a crime he did not commit.
      It is abundantly obvious that deals and promises were made in Judge Peters closed-door chambers, and that Weaver’s “defense” attorneys betrayed him, sold him out, an egregious violation of their oath of office and the right of a defendant to a fair trial.
      Before leaving this writer’s house, the deputies “requested” that, should he seek to correspond with his taxpayer-funded “public servants”—he should send his correspondence to the Muscogee County Sheriffs Department, whence they will forward it to its intended recipient. Yes, of course they will.
      To be free or not to be free–that is the question…

        The notion that everybody is equal under the law is proven to be just that , a notion , when it comes to treating with fairness and equality those white people that find themselves in the justice system due to politically incorrect speach , writing or thought and action. Here in the UK recently , a young woman , was harrassed by the system for speaking her mind whilst travelling on public transport , she was remanded in custody for over a year wgilst the case kept being put back time and again , until finally she was worn down and offered a guilty plee , you have probably heard of the case of Emma West.
        When the office of state is used in this way , our society is in an advanced state of rottenness .

I am still banned from visiting my aging grandmother in the People’s Republic of Columbus,Georgia for defending myself with pepper spray back on December 4th,2010.           Michael…decent people should not be allowed to live in Columbus,Georgia for their own safety.Its a cesspool of decadence and vice,largely because it is located right alongside Fort Benning,Georgia,a military base.

          As a army service member in my youth i was at a pub in Columbus with other soldier members and as the club closed and i was going outside into the parking lot i noticed 4 or 5 biker gang members of the Iron Cross beating up on a member of my unit who i came to his aid.I was immediately set upon by a slew of other gang members wielding pipes that struck me from behind…everyone else in my unit that was there took off running…needless to say i required hospitalization and surgery and one of the first visits i got was from a black lieutenant who informed me they were thinking on pressing charges against me and making me pay for my own medical care. I couldn’t believe what i was hearing.Instead of giving me due respect for coming to the aid of a fellow soldier i was being reprimanded.The guy who i attempted to help didn’t receive a scratch.He did come up later to the hospital to thank me….i know that if General Patton had been in charge of the troops there he would have taken tanks to flatten the pub if not the whole dirty rotten vice filled town. Get your grandmother out of there.
