Nothing bad could possibly come of replacing the entire NYPD with non-Whites, because all races have the exact same levels of intelligence and moral prerogatives.
We know this for a fact because social scientists have already proven that human evolution and genetics are a social construct invented by White racists in order to purposefully hurt the feelings of non-Whites – because they are just mean, nasty people.
The NYPD has just hired its largest, most diverse class of cadets ever–a group of newbies who are 80 percent minority.

Hispanics make up 39 percent of the new cadet class, in a department that is 27 percent Hispanic, while Asian and Pacific Islanders make up 21.9 percent of the new cadets, or triple the percentage of current officers of that ethnicity.
The percentage of black cadets is 16.4 percent, slightly above department demographics, despite efforts by Mayor Bill de Blasio to increase the force’s African-American makeup to 23 percent from the current level of 15 percent.
The percentage of whites is 19.8 percent, with the force at 50 percent.
Soon, there will be no Whites left anywhere on the planet and we will finally have true diversity.

If you are White, you can game the system. Simply check the box for Hispanic. In the United States you are Hispanic if you say that you are. Thanks to ZOG laws it is verboten for them to inquire further as to the reality of your alleged Hispanicity.

I'm retired from the NYPD. I'm female and I'm white. When I first took the police exam back in the 80s, NYC wanted to get more non-whites in the police dept, but not enough minorities were passing the test so they decided to make the test easier. Let me tell you about the test: The answers were in the questions. For example "John was wearing a green shirt, Bob was wearing a white shirt, blah-blah-blah" Q: "What color was Bob's shirt?" A-Blue B- Green C- White D- Black. It was a test with a 100 questions just like that. I sat there rolling my eyes in disbelief. I finished the test in less than 15 minutes. A few weeks later I got my score of 99 (I was literally embarrassed I got one question wrong. I must of sneezed and my pencil skidded). Do you know they couldn't find enough non-whites to pass that test? So, they lowered the passing grade to something like 40 or 20.
Then a month later, we were called into the police academy to take more written tests. I had a female non-white sitting to my right side who was a welfare single mom (a white dude sat to my left who was a total psychotic nut job, so that wasn't any better). The single mom was illiterate...she could barely read and write (I know this because she told me she couldn't read/write and kept asking me for help). I swear, I kid you not.
Once I got into the police department it didn't get any better. I knew several bosses of the non-white persuasion who were all affirmative action bosses. In other words, they failed the sergeant's exam but were promoted any way. The stories I could tell you would make your hair stand on end!
And that was over twenty-five years ago, so I can only imagine what it's like now.
